Please read through some of our frequently asked questions:
Q My business is unique, how can you help me if you have not worked in my industry?
A This is one of the most commonly asked questions. The answer is that the technical aspect of your business is unique to your business, but the principles and strategies used to build and run a successful business are the same no matter what the industry. We are here to help you become a better business person not a better technician.

Q What size businesses do you deal with?
A We have products and services for businesses that are at concept stage up to large corporations. We have worked with businesses in the concept stage through to organisations with hundreds of employees.
Q I have worked with business consultants/coaches before, but have not been happy with the service they provide, how do I know you will deliver what I require?
A We can only deliver value if you are prepared to apply yourself to the program. We know the pitfalls dealing with our industry and are constantly working on improving our service and products. For confirmation on how we are different please see our Benefits Page and Testimonials page.
Q How do I know your products and services will work?
A Nothing in life is guaranteed, that is why we constantly test and measure all our products and services. Everything we do is not theory, but has been built after many hours of testing in actual businesses. We know it works if you are prepared to work with it.
Q When is the best time to start a business improvement program?
A There is no better time than now. If you are waiting for current issues and challenges to be cleared to free up time, then you will never start a program as other issues and challenges will arise. The worst thing you can do is wait until things get better, because in a lot of cases unless you start doing things differently now, they will only get worse.
Q How will I find the time to work on the program?
A If you do not set aside time to work on your business now, then in the future you may find you will have a lot of time, due to the business failing. Every business owner should be spending time working on improving their business every week.
Part of what we do is to work as your accountability coach. We will be in contact with you each week and keep you accountable towards the goals and actions you have set.
Q When will I start seeing improvement in my business?
A Business owners start seeing improvement at different times. It depends on the owner, the actual business and the core challenges. Some business owners have seen changes within the first two weeks, other have been within the first couple of months. No matter who you are, you will not have to wait until the end of the program, you will see improvements during the course of the program.
Q How can I afford a program?
A You should not be asking yourself how you can afford a program, but rather how you can afford not to embark on a program to improve your business. Over 80% of businesses fail in the first 5 years and of those left over 80% fail in the next five years. In most cases due to the business owner being a good technician but not a good business owner.
Q How do I know who is a good business coach for my business?

A A business coach should be someone who has been there before. You need to deal with someone who has started a business from concept stage, grown it and also sold it. Not an ex-employee or someone recently out of school or college. You need someone who knows what it is like to be in your shoes.
